Dubai Multi-Purpose Project

Specially tailored for the local environment, suitable for diversified scenarios including commercial, leisure, and residential use. The product adopts the M Series Capsule House, optimizing the interior structure to create a compact and efficient spatial layout. Comprehensive thermal insulation upgrades were carried out for the hot and arid climate of the Middle East, adapting to the local extreme high-temperature environment. At the same time, 40HQ container transportation was adopted to effectively save cross-border shipping costs.

Switzerland Office Project

A dedicated office space was customized for the client to support the efficient implementation of the office project. The product adopts the A Series Capsule House, with customized exterior color schemes and interior space layouts based on corporate office requirements, adapting to local office aesthetics and usage habits. Standardized transportation using 40HQ containers significantly reduces cross-border logistics costs and lowers project implementation costs.

Iraq Oilfield Staff Dormitory Project

Specially built for the management team of an oilfield in Iraq. In response to the client's dual requirements for high-density living and independent office space, we provided in-depth personalized customization from exterior appearance to interior design. The interior was precisely planned into two double rooms, an independent dry-and-wet separated bathroom, and an office area. Through movable partitions and built-in furniture, the originally compact capsule house was transformed into an efficient multifunctional space. This is not only a layout adjustment, but also a comprehensive upgrade of the spatial concept.

Rizhao Hotel Project

Creating China's first zero-carbon concept seaside resort hotel for the client. The project was divided into three phases. Starting from planning and design to product design, an exclusive customized solution was created. Fully customized products with off-grid design were adopted, incorporating photovoltaic systems, wind energy, rainwater collection systems, and other features. Anti-corrosion, typhoon resistance, and earthquake resistance upgrades were also carried out in combination with the local environment.

Australia Premium Living Capsule Project

Carefully built for local Australian customers, adopting the upgraded V Series Capsule House and carrying out in-depth personalized customization according to overseas lifestyles and kitchen usage habits. To meet the diverse needs of Western cooking, open social interaction, and storage, we completely reconstructed the kitchen module. This not only ensured independent functional zoning but also enhanced the overall sense of space, allowing the compact capsule to provide a comfortable experience.
